Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Product

All paintings are original unique one-of-a-kind work done by me, unless specifically mentioned in the product description. No item sold here includes passepartout or frames.

Delivery

Usually takes me 2 to 3 business days to process your order. Items are shipped from Berlin, Germany. Shipping takes around 7 business days depending on your location. (1 to 12 business days, Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx, and USPS). The whole process takes up to two weeks. All shipping are sent with tracking number and insurance. As soon as I post the item, I will provide you a tracking number. Once this happens, the item is officially yours and I can't take responsibility for damaged or lost goods. I recommend you to contact the delivery company, and I will try to support you with the case.

Cancellation

You have up to 1 hour to cancel your order.
